Orders

When will my order be ready?

All of our orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Once your order has been packaged, you will receive an email notifying you that your order is ready and giving a time for you to pickup your order. If this timeframe does not work for you, feel free to reach out to us! We are happy to work with you on a pickup time.

How do I pickup my order?

Pickup day for orders is Fridays from 1PM - 6PM at our FARM.

Our address is listed below. When coming to the farm, our driveway is across the road from our mailbox. It is a very long gravel driveway with signs posted for Pippin Family Farm. Please feel free to call us if you have any issues getting to the farm.

Do you offer shipping or at home delivery?

Unfortunately, we currently are unable to offer shipping or at home delivery. This is something we are actively working towards being able to offer.

If you are unable to pickup your order for whatever reason, please contact us and we will try to work with you on being able to get it picked up.

What if there are issues with my order?

If you have any issues with your order, such as items missing, defrosted meat, etc, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to correct the issue. We want our customers to be happy with our products and service. We believe that our relationship with our customers comes first and we always want to prioritize customer satisfaction!

Do you accept returns?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on our meat products. However, if there is an issue with your order on our end, we will either offer a replacement if we have it in stock, or a refund.
