All of our animals are raised with regenerative agriculture in mind. Our goal is to help heal degraded ecosystems, emphasize biodiversity, regenerate top soil, improve the natural water cycle, prevent and reverse desertification, and sequester CO2. In this way of farming, we are able to work with nature rather than trying to manipulate and control it. All of this leads to healthier animals, healthier humans, and a healthier planet.

We feel this is how animals were intended to be raised. It's how they evolved and they are happiest when given as much space to roam as possible.

Being pastured raised means animals are able to contribute to land management, and if managed properly, this can actually enhance the soil health on the farm. This is a big deal because soil health is one of the most important aspects of a healthy enviroment.

Heritage breed animals are breeds that have stayed true to breed standards and have a long history of domestication. Their genes have not been modified for the purpose of profit and growth rate. Instead, they have been bred to be easier to raise and breed for small family farms. While heritage breeds take longer to reach market readiness, what ends up on your plate is more nutrient dense, has higher quality fats and better flavor than factory farmed meats.
